Our approach

Our Practitoners

Christina Marin, RMT

Christina has been a Registered Massage Therapist in Kelowna, BC for 11 years. She provides restorative massage therapy treatments and patient education, working with each client to help them reach their goals.

Christina loves the outdoors and the simple life and is grateful to call the Okanagan home!

Christina also has an interest in chronic pain and is certified through the Pain Reprocessing Center.

Mackenzie Bernier, Student Therapist

Mackenzie is currently practicing as a student therapist, studying through her final year at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC. Her practice is heavily inspired by the body's natural rhythms, ability to self-heal, and innate instinctual response to touch and connection.

Mackenzie’s intention is to facilitate a safe space for the body to express itself physically and emotionally while working with her clients through a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and visceral symptoms. Her clinical applications are gentle yet effective; they involve pain-free neuromuscular therapy, Swedish massage techniques, Myofascial release, Craniosacral techniques, and Joint mobilizations. Her goal is to educate and provide clients with tools to take home and apply to their lives outside of the clinic, based on their own body's priorities.

Mackenzie welcomes patients of all ages, shapes, and states - including maternity.

In her spare time, you can find her with her nose in a good book, working on an art project, practicing yoga, riding her bicycles (up and downhill), on her snowboard, going on adventures through the mountains, rock climbing, or spending time with her loved ones - including her dogs!

She looks forward to continuing her education post-grad through osteopathic, maternity, and craniosacral courses, and through the members of this wonderful community.
